Terms & conditions.

ERC Symposium:
This will take place on 2 - 3 October 2009 in Cologne, Germany.
Registration for the ERC Symposium covers access to the German Resuscitation Council Congress also (see below).

All sessions during the ERC Symposium will be in English without simultaneous translation.
Early registration - until 28 June 2009.
Late registration - 29 June 2009 to 16 September 2009.
On-site registration ONLY on 2 and 3 October at the venue.

If payments are made by bank transfer, the correct fee must reach the ERC account no later than 30 days after registration.  Failure to do so will result in your registration being cancelled.

Please note that bank drafts will not be accepted.

* the discount for members is only valid for those who are members for 12 months.
If you are a member for a part of the year, the discount will be granted proportionatly.

The German Resuscitation Council Congress
The German Resuscitation Council (GRC) Congress will be held on Friday 2 October from 9:00 until 12:30.  Registration for the Congress covers access to the afternoon sessions of the ERC Symposium on Friday 2 October (but no sessions on Saturday 3 October).

ERC Members attending the GRC Congress alone (not the ERC Symposium) will be eligible to do so at a discounted rate

GRC members who register for the GRC Congress will be credited with  a complimentary additional year of GRC membership.

All sessions during the GRC Congress will be in German without simultaneous translation.

All the above fees cover symposium or congress admission, programme booklets, delegate bags, and on-site refreshments.  Hotel or other accommodation is NOT included.

Please note that those delegates presenting an abstract are not eligible for free registration.

The fee only covers congress admission.  It does not include hotels.
Presenting an abstract does not grant you free access.
